Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Silver Fox Food Laboratory, we aim to dispatch orders swiftly and efficiently.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
• A shipment update with tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped.
• Bulk orders above 30 kg may need a little extra time to process.

Shipping Schedule

• Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in India.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Deliveries are carried out between Monday and Saturday only.

Order Tracking & Support

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs vary based on weight / quantity / destination PIN code and will reflect during checkout.
This policy applies to domestic shipping within India.
