Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Return & Refund Eligibility

A product qualifies for return and refund only if:

  • It is returned within 7 days of purchase, and
  • The item is sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Quality-Compromised Products

If your order has arrived damaged, spilled, contaminated, expired, or unsafe to consume, inform us immediately. After verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled directly through the website.
  • Cancellations may be made before dispatch by contacting our team with your order ID.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit.

Silver Fox Food Laboratory reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected misuse or fraud.

Delays due to weather, logistics issues, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our control may impact delivery timelines.


Refund Conditions β€” Important Note

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference.

Refunds are considered only when:

βœ” an item is missing from the shipment
βœ” the product is damaged, leaked, or defective

In such cases, the customer must either:

  1. 1. Return the product to the delivery personnel with a written remark, or
  2. 2. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of issue

An internal review will be initiated. Resolution is usually completed within 10 working days.

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be returned using the original payment method.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
